Yuhuan Huazhou Machinery was officially established in Longxi Town, Yuhuan — China's famous brass valve industrial cluster. The company acquired initial processing equipment, focused on R&D and production of basic brass ball valves and common pipe fittings, and formed independent production and assembly capabilities. In the early stage, we concentrated on supplying the domestic hardware market, accumulated valuable production experience, and established its initial production process standards.

After three years of technical refinement , the company finalized core processing techniques for brass valves. We initially established incoming material inspection, process inspection and finished product inspection mechanisms, standardized surface finishing, thread processing and assembly procedures, effectively improving product stability and consistency, laying a solid foundation for subsequent batch production.

The company expanded its workshop area and upgraded with a new batch of CNC precision machine tools. Building on its existing ball valve and pipe fitting lines, we launched gate valves, angle valves, bibcocks, and drainage products — diversifying our product portfolio to cover household water supply and drainage systems. As annual production capacity was significantly increased, we began to accept bulk orders for domestic engineering projects.

The company set up an independent export sales team, obtained the necessary export qualifications, and officially commenced direct export operations. Our products were successfully exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other emerging markets. Through this process, we gained valuable experience in producing for international orders, became familiar with international standards and specifications, and began building our global brand presence.

The new standardized production facility, covering 12,000 square meters, was completed and put into operation. The factory upgraded its equipment with automated polishing machines, high-precision tapping equipment, pressure testing machines, and assembly lines. As a result, the production environment, processing accuracy, and daily output were significantly improved — achieving standardized, large-scale manufacturing operations.

We continuously expanded our product categories, developing stop valves, check valves, float valves, radiator valves, manifolds, and auto fluid control parts. Our product portfolio expanded to cover household systems, commercial heating, industrial water treatment, marine piping, and automotive fluid systems — offering a complete range of over 100 product series.

The company upgraded its quality management system and implemented quantified inspection standards for the full production process. Clear quality indicators were established for raw material purity, machining tolerance, pressure resistance, pressure-holding duration, and surface finish quality. As a result, the batch qualification rate and product consistency were further improved, meeting the stringent requirements of export markets.

A mature one-stop OEM/ODM customization system was established, supporting logo engraving, exclusive packaging, special thread standards, and non-standard parameter development. We provided full-process technical documentation, customized drawings, and after-sales technical support to global brand customers and engineering buyers.

The factory underwent a smart manufacturing upgrade, implementing automated material feeding and smart processing equipment — further improving product consistency and production efficiency. Our market presence expanded to Europe, Africa, Latin America, and other regions, establishing long-term partnerships with global distributors, engineering contractors, and hardware retail chains.
